Consumer Email Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the strategy and framework behind proven US CRM campaigns and adapt them to the Canadian market.
• Collaborate with Central partners, including Consumer Retention Strategists and Operators, Strategy & Operations, Data Analysts, and Product team members to understand campaign setup and porting processes.
• Use omni-channel marketing tools (Braze) to build complex CRM journeys and workflows, including triggered campaigns and automations with static and dynamic content.
• Manage end-to-end development and execution of email and push notification campaigns.
• Drive the creative review process, collaborate with designers and copywriters, identify target audience segments, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze the impact of deployed initiatives on key business metrics like order rate and revenue, and create/share performance reports with stakeholders.
• Support creative ideation and iteration, including creative optimization with internal creative resources.

Requirements

• Experience with omni-channel marketing tools, specifically Braze, or similar platforms.
• Ability to build and manage complex CRM journeys and workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and creating reports.
• Ability to adapt marketing strategies across different markets, specifically US to Canadian campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and creative collaboration abilities.
