About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Handle campaign tracking, reporting, formatting, and optimization
• Code emails using HTML, ensuring responsive, high-quality layouts
• Collaborate on the development of newsletters and personalized email strategy
• Use Salesforce to manage audience segmentation and email distribution
• Support promotional efforts for webinars and events through targeted email campaigns
• Work with the team to define strategy around email cadence, targeting, and content

Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce & Pardot
• Experience creating email workflows and campaign plans
• Familiarity with email best practices, including personalization and segmentation
