The Consumer Insight Manager at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is responsible for developing, executing, synthesizing, and leveraging research, analytics, and other internal and external sources of insight to shape marketing strategies that drive the business. This role supports marketing campaign development, creative testing, and informs marketing activations and tactics for the Walt Disney World Resort. The position involves partnering closely with Marketing and Sales Strategy, Customer Engagement, and Creative Teams to deepen understanding of consumer audiences, behaviors, motivators, attitudes, and barriers, ultimately enabling consumer-centric decision-making within a dynamic environment.
