About the Role

The Consumer Vehicles Product Manager at Club Car will work collaboratively to drive the vision, strategy, and execution priorities to achieve the sales and profit plan for Consumer Vehicles. This is a critical role in the product management and marketing organization with an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. The role involves managing the product strategy/roadmap, overseeing the product throughout its lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product growth strategy by defining 'Where to Play' and 'How to Win' for assigned product lines, developing long-range plans, P&L, and yearly operating plans.
Conduct regular industry, market, and competitor analyses, including segmentation of key vertical markets, and provide updates to leadership on market trends.
Manage the product portfolio by reviewing performance monthly, driving countermeasure actions, and conducting customer-focused portfolio reviews to support product lifecycle decisions.
Develop product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams and align them with business leadership.
Develop commercialization and launch plans for new products and accessories, including setting pricing, promotion, and adoption strategies.
Support sales, operations, and engineering by being the internal and external expert on the product value proposition, leading sales support tactics, and collaborating on key sales meetings and tradeshows.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of technical, commercial, or product management experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and launching new products or services in rapidly growing markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable presenting in front of groups of 10-20 people.
Vehicle or consumer product related background preferred.
Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.

MBA degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (required).

At least 5 years of relevant experience.
