Content Acquisition Manager at DeoVR (US and EU)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to VR content creators and studios worldwide.
• Negotiate partnerships and guide new partners through onboarding.
• Ensure partners upload and publish content successfully.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and production organizations.
• Track performance and help partners grow their audience.
• Monitor and organize meetups with content creators.
• Maintain a CRM of VR content creators in US and EU with detailed statuses.

Requirements

• Relevant experience preferably in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, startups.
• Experience in creator partnerships, content acquisition, or digital media.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, structuring and optimizing team processes.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive impact in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluency in English (B2 and above).

Nice to Have

• An understanding of VR, immersive media, and content platforms.
• Experience creating and executing comprehensive business development strategies.

• Bachelor's degree.
