Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in recurring project meetings with team members and clients.
Maintain new and maintenance development with day-to-day coordination between team members and carrier.
Maintain understanding of how the industry operates, how our customers use our various products, and how they could use them to fit their specific business needs.
Use available tools to provide project tracking, documentation, and status updates, and maintain knowledge of ACORD standards, JSON, API, and other forms of mapping.
Ensure timely and effective delivery of the solution from one phase to the next.
Analyze data to develop detailed, comprehensive business specifications including carrier and product requirements.
Adapt to changing priorities and quickly execute tasks with minimal requirements and guidance.

Requirements

Ability to define problems, collect data, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to manage a broad range of deliverables in an ever-changing environment.
Knowledge of AL3, XML, JSON, API.
Ability to write clear and effective documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the insurance industry.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple strategic projects and priorities efficiently and accurately.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Inherent drive to solve difficult problems and collaborate with others.
Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written, demonstrated through technical, project, client, and related communications.
Experience in Microsoft Excel.
Bachelor's Degree.
2+ years of experience, preferably with business and data analysis for web-based software.

Nice to Have

Experience with ACORD standards, JSON, API, and mapping tools.
Experience working in the insurance industry.
