About the Role

Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats, is seeking a Content Creator to join their Marine Division. This role requires a creative professional with a strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns across social media platforms.
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing product features and lifestyle appeal.
Write clear, engaging captions and copy tailored for each platform.
Maintain and optimize a consistent posting schedule to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor brand mentions and community conversations, responding and escalating as needed.
Support the development of influencer and ambassador partnerships.
Assist in managing campaigns that drive user-generated content and third-party endorsements.
Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to inform strategy.
Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Track competitor activity and share relevant findings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
1-4 years of relevant experience in social media content creation and management.
Proficiency in creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Rush, Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience with social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Agorapulse, Sprout Social, etc.).
Strong understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Excellent writing and editing skills for digital content.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Independent and proactive with the ability to take initiative.
Interest in boating, outdoor living, or marine lifestyle is a plus.
