About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects related to brand development, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
• Produce high-quality videos for various marketing purposes, including promotional campaigns, client testimonials, and educational content. Manage the entire video production process, from conceptualization to editing and distribution.
• Research, write, and edit informative and captivating blog posts that align with our brand's voice and resonate with our target audience. Optimize blog content for search engines (SEO).
• Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms to foster audience engagement and brand loyalty.
• Develop visually appealing multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, that communicate our brand's messages effectively.
• Create compelling email newsletters that deliver valuable information, updates, and promotions to our subscribers. Enhance newsletter layout and aesthetics.
• Assist with creating training materials such as one-pagers, resource guides, training videos, and visual graphics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, design, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for and understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
• Examples of social media posts, writing samples, videos, and other relevant content creation examples.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, content creation software, video production software, and project management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and grammar.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to brand development.
• Basic understanding of design principles and experience working with design software is a plus.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
