About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (video, photo, print, digital) to support product lines, sales initiatives, and dealer/territory needs.
• Coordinate and execute content shoots, including scheduling, scripting, location planning, and setup.
• Maintain and organize a library of existing footage and digital assets for efficient use.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others as needed.
• Keep KPM's online presence fresh and up to date across all active channels.
• Plan content calendars aligned with yearly product line schedules and manage activities within set budgets.
• Manage and update KPM's public-facing website (KPMEDI.net), collaborating with IT for technical updates and improvements.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects with shifting deadlines, maintaining clear notes and organization.
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing; adopt new features and platforms as they emerge.
• Assist with tradeshows, dealer meetings, service schools, and internal/external training programs.
• Complete special projects and additional assignments while maintaining a clean, secure, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; degree or coursework in marketing, communications, or related field a plus.
• 1 year of content creation experience (professional or personal) with portfolio/examples.
• Strong skills in videography, editing, and digital media; experience with cameras or creative equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency in editing tools including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office; ability to recommend hardware/software as needed.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the outdoor power equipment industry.
• Flexible team player willing to assist with a variety of marketing activities.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Landing, NJ 07850 before starting work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cameras or creative equipment.
• Experience with hardware/software recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Coursework or degree in marketing, communications, or related field (a plus)
