Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality written and visual content that highlights our employer brand, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and employee testimonials.
  • Curate and manage content for our social media channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with followers.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Brand team to create and execute talent brand campaigns that highlight our workplace culture and employee experiences.
  • Feature employee stories and achievements to showcase the diverse talent within our organization, making their experiences come to life through engaging content.
  • Use data analytics to measure content performance and continually optimize strategies for better engagement and reach.
  • Provide live coverage of company events, career fairs, and community outreach programs, sharing real-time updates and stories to engage our external audience.

Requirements
