Content Creator - Talent Brand

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality written and visual content that highlights our employer brand, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and employee testimonials.
• Curate and manage content for our social media channels, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with our followers.
• Collaborate with members of the Talent Brand team to create and execute talent brand campaigns that highlight our workplace culture and employee experiences.
• Feature employee stories and achievements to showcase the diverse talent within our organization, making their experiences come to life through engaging content.
• Use data analytics to measure content performance and continually optimize strategies for better engagement and reach.
• Provide live coverage of company events, career fairs, and community outreach programs, sharing real-time updates and stories to engage our external audience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in creating compelling content across various formats including written articles, videos, graphics, and social media posts.
• Strong storytelling abilities to highlight our company culture and employee experiences in an engaging and authentic manner.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content strategy, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
• Basic graphic design abilities using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Ability to analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Creativity and innovation with a passion for developing new ideas and projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, HR, and internal communications.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality content that aligns with our brand standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
• Genuine interest in employer branding and a desire to help build our company's reputation as an employer of choice.

• Experience in Talent Branding or employer branding roles.
• Understanding of human resources and recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to take high-quality photographs that capture the workplace and events.
• Experience with video shooting, editing, and production.
• Technical knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SeenIt, Canva, and social native platforms.
