Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Content Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business objectives.
  • Lead Content Creation: Oversee the development of editorial calendar and high-quality content assets for PatientPoint programs place-based in offices to be seen by busy office staff. Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of content editors. Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure content supports broader company initiatives and maintains consistency across all touchpoints. Think through key ideas and benefits of campaigns from both patient and physician perspectives.
  • Content Optimization: Monitor and analyze content performance using outcome metrics or research initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage content budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing. Drive innovation and incorporate new ideas into content strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content creation, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or director role.
  • Experience in managing large-scale content projects and teams.
  • Strong track record of developing content to support healthcare communication initiatives, especially practitioners.
  • Expertise in how health systems and practices manage the business of medicine.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement strategic content plans that align with business objectives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing content performance metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and motivating teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovative content solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications.
  • Experience in digital signage content development.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), taxonomies, and digital marketing tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and successful projects.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields (preferred).
