About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the email marketing efforts by helping to create email campaigns, drafting email copy, and segmenting email lists.
• Generate creative marketing materials - including videos and social media reels, that promote our products and success stories.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to inform content strategy and create timely, relevant blog posts that drive organic growth.
• Develop blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and marketing materials while optimizing for search engines and user engagement.
• Develop reports on marketing activities, tracking key metrics like website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI across all channels.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Conduct research on industry competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for gaining conversions and revenue through content production.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
• Highly organized and collaborative, with a proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
• Solid understanding of social media strategy and core marketing principles.
• SEO Knowledge and experience with working SEO tools - Keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO basics.
• Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Analytics Tools like Google Analytics (preferred), Google Search Console, social media analytics.
