About the Role

The Content Marketing Manager at MediQuant LLC is responsible for crafting engaging, informative content tailored for healthcare executives to educate, build relationships, and drive sales. The role involves writing and optimizing content to increase engagement, with a focus on healthcare IT. The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing & Communications and requires a strong bias for action and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic integrator between events and content strategy—creating and aligning digital and in-person thought leadership with the enterprise content strategy to drive narrative continuity across the buyer journey, strengthening brand positioning and furthering business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop insightful and authoritative content.
  • Identify unique angles and develop thought leadership content pre-and post-digital and on-site events to offer unique perspectives and insights.
  • Work with Sr. Manager, Marketing and Communications to align content with enterprise content strategy and editorial calendar by defining thought leadership content formats and cadence.
  • Determine the best types of content to create (e.g., articles, white papers, videos, webinars) and the most effective channels for distribution (e.g., website, social media, industry publications).
  • Develop high-quality written, video, and visual content for platforms including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Re-purpose content to maximize asset utilization.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style across all content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and vision.
  • Understand healthcare executives' needs and translate that into content and assets.
  • Manage content workflow for the corporate website and SEO review with internal and external resources.
  • Support lead generation by creating campaign assets.
  • Develop and publish SEO and GEO-informed content aligned with keywords, personas, and goals.
  • Work with web partners to optimize content for search engines and user experience.
  • Develop content for AI answer engines and no-click search returns.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to provide sales resources such as slide decks and collateral sheets.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform adjustments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of content creation experience, with at least two in healthcare or healthcare IT.
  • Proven expertise in creating various forms of content including white papers, blogs, case studies, e-books, and social media posts.
  • Experience with marketing automation and sales automation systems, including Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, storytelling, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and research skills.
  • Critical thinking to analyze industry trends and develop engaging content.
  • Knowledge of SEO and GEO optimization.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and analytics tools such as SEMrush or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and engage digitally with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, especially in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Understanding of healthcare and healthcare IT.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Salesforce, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like SEMrush or Google Analytics.
  • Experience using design tools like Canva.
  • Experience working on government projects requiring security clearances.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of content creation experience, with healthcare or healthcare IT experience preferred.
