About the Role
We are seeking a organized and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at the Indian Health Care Resource Center. The role involves creating visual content, printed marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the organization's message. The specialist collaborates with various departments to devise strategies for engaging the target audience through multiple marketing communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare printed marketing collateral (brochures, fliers, forms) to support Marketing and Communications Manager.
- Design graphics for marketing communication channels.
- Assist with the distribution of messages among various marketing communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, IHCRC App, Website, Blog, and YouTube).
- Create graphics for services and programs to support large marketing projects.
- Design and order promotional items and marketing materials while ensuring brand standards are being met.
- Provide assistance with video production, including planning, setup, and breakdown of equipment.
- Operate a DSLR camera and other photo and video equipment as requested.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing to ensure relevance in all content produced.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
- Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Premier Pro experience a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of DSLR camera operation or willingness to learn.
