About the Role

We are seeking an organized and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at the Indian Health Care Resource Center. The role involves creating visual content, printed marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the organization's message. The position collaborates with various departments to develop strategies for engaging the target audience across multiple marketing channels, supporting the organization's mission to empower the American Indian community through health and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare printed marketing collateral such as brochures, fliers, and forms to support the Marketing and Communications Manager.
Design graphics for marketing communication channels.
Assist with the distribution of messages across various marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram, IHCRC App, Website, Blog, and YouTube.
Create graphics for services and programs to support large marketing projects.
Design and order promotional items and marketing materials while ensuring brand standards are met.
Provide assistance with video production, including planning, setup, and breakdown of equipment.
Operate DSLR cameras and other photo and video equipment as requested.
Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing to ensure content relevance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Premier Pro experience is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Basic understanding of DSLR camera operation or willingness to learn.
