Content Producer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with project SMEs and platform owners to support the best possible user experience by ensuring the platform has the right content in the right places.
• Develop and update content in collaboration with subject matter experts, articulating key messages clearly and consistently with style guidelines.
• Manage content change requests and content workflow, including prioritization and tracking via ticket systems.
• Coordinate with SMEs, editors, and other groups (such as Privacy and Legal) to manage content reviews.
• Track, prioritize, and escalate tickets as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead QA sessions and participate in team meetings as necessary.
• Implement effective processes for content development and quality assurance.
• Support content on ServiceNow, an employee/customer support platform, and assist with the implementation of Workday, focusing on instructional content and in-platform guides.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience and managing content for high-traffic sites or platforms.
• Experience with task management/ticketing systems required.
• Proficient in writing clear and direct copy, with UX writing experience a plus.
• Experience editing content and implementing style and tone guidelines.
• Organized, articulate, and detail-oriented.
• Efficient and reliable.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible with process changes.
• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
