About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize content for two internal platforms: ServiceNow and Workday.
• Partner with platform owners, SMEs, and editors to ensure content is accurate, effective, and aligned with style guidelines.
• Manage content intake and prioritization, facilitate reviews, and implement updates.
• Lead QA sessions, track ticket workflows, and maintain documentation processes.
• Support the team's overall success and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management and managing content for high-traffic sites or platforms.
• Passion for employee experience and content strategy with a strong foundation in content development and user-focused writing.
• Proficient in task/ticketing systems such as Radar, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiar with platforms like ServiceNow and Workday.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including editors, SMEs, privacy, and legal.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized, reliable, and efficient.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience editing copy and applying editorial style guidelines.
• Familiarity with internal systems used for content tracking and updates.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content production, UX writing, or communications.
• Experience working with internal content tracking systems.
