About the Role

The role of Content Producer - Trade Marketing involves creating and maintaining engaging, brand-aligned content for TTC's B2B digital platforms, supporting digital updates, promotions, and trade communications to enhance agent engagement, loyalty, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and update content for the Travel Agent Portal and partner white label sites, including promotions, landing pages, itineraries, resources, and campaign content.
  • Ensure all copy is clear, informative, and aligned with TTC Tour Brands' tone and visual guidelines.
  • Assist with ongoing website content audits and maintenance to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Draft and proofread B2B email content for newsletters, promotions, partner communications, and onboarding sequences.
  • Collaborate with the CRM & Automation team to ensure copy aligns with user journeys and campaign goals.
  • Provide written content for banners, social tiles, print collateral, digital ads, and partner co-op marketing materials.
  • Adapt consumer-facing content into trade-appropriate copy when needed.
  • Proofread all digital content for grammar, accuracy, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Maintain content calendars and version control as part of the publishing workflow.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive content packages and address key agent needs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of content editing or digital copywriting experience, ideally in B2B or partner marketing.
  • Experience writing for web platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools such as WordPress and Drupal, and email platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for various audiences and content formats.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and responsive to cross-functional input and feedback.
  • Basic understanding of digital performance metrics such as click-through rates and engagement.

  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

Qualifications

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $69,000 - $72,000.
