Cine Visuals is a boutique cinema‑lens rental and service house based in Los Angeles, specializing in both vintage and modern cinema optics. With lens technicians and a global shipping operation, we provide calibrated, beautifully packaged lenses to cinematographers and rental houses around the world. We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate content writer to craft engaging, SEO‑optimized copy for our new website, translating technical specs into compelling descriptions that appeal to cinematographers and production professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Write descriptions and blog posts for cinema lenses (prime, zoom, anamorphic, etc.)
Collaborate with the SEO lead to integrate target keywords naturally into your copy
Interview and consult with in‑house lens technicians to capture technical nuances and anecdotes
Maintain consistency with Cine Visuals' brand voice: professional, approachable, and detail‑driven
Revise and refine drafts based on feedback from marketing, SEO, and technical teams

Requirements

Deep knowledge of cinema lenses: vintage and modern optics, lens characteristics, mounts, formats
Proven writing skills
Research aptitude: ability to digest technical specs and translate them into clear, compelling narratives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with technical experts
Must be Cinematographer or 1st AC
