About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects related to brand development, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, client testimonials, and educational materials, managing the full production cycle from concept to distribution.
• Research, write, and edit blog posts that reflect the firm's voice and engage target audiences; optimize content for SEO.
• Curate, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
• Design and develop multimedia content including graphics, videos, and infographics to effectively communicate brand messaging.
• Create visually compelling email newsletters that deliver updates, promotions, and valuable information to subscribers.
• Assist in the development of training materials such as one-pagers, resource guides, training videos, and visual graphics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, design, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for brand management and marketing strategy.
• Portfolio of relevant work including social media posts, writing samples, videos, and other content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation software, video editing platforms, and project management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with SEO is preferred.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to brand initiatives.
• Basic understanding of design principles and familiarity with design software is a plus.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
