About the Role

Join our client as a Contractor Data Analyst in Syracuse, NY, supporting the Third Party Licensing team. This hybrid role requires one day in the office weekly, with flexibility for additional days as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure consistent application and monitoring of 3rd Party Attachment policies and procedures.
Perform business and regulatory reporting requirements.
Coordinate with Design Engineering and assist with post-construction inspections.
Develop positive relationships to resolve customer concerns and fulfill contractual obligations.
Manage training and knowledge sharing to promote technology and company standards.
Develop and report on performance indicators for workflow management and project performance.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Understanding of safe work practices related to distribution facilities.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
Technical communication skills for policy and process documentation.
Familiarity with data analytics software like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
