About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Work closely with strategic counterparts to produce impactful campaigns.
• Perform technical duties of campaign deployment within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative direction, targeting opportunities, and more.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance marketing platforms in collaboration with technical experts.

Requirements

• Possesses technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with quality assurance and content deployment via Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another email marketing platform.
• Background in strategy development driven by testing, analysis, and optimization within the marketing space.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with technical experts to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance marketing platforms.
• Intermediate familiarity with HTML, SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce's dynamic content capabilities including Ampscript is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
• Technical knowledge of marketing platform deployment and troubleshooting.
