About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Programs team of the JC Residential & Light Commercial (R&LC) HVAC business is responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. This position will be responsible for the design and execution of dealer sales and marketing programs for our Hitachi/ductless HVAC product portfolio across our distribution channels in the United States and Canada to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Work across all R&LC channels, collaborating with sales teams to support growth strategies by identifying initiatives needed for dealer programs and promotions
Create a strategic approach to the programs that allows us to be competitive in the marketplace
Develop materials to promote program benefits and resources
Collaborate with third-party partners and stakeholders within the business to deliver best-in-class customer experience when it comes to program participation
Support in-person and virtual customer events including distributor and dealer meetings and/or training
Manage and resolve inquiries and escalations from both external customers and internal sales teams
Grow synergies between our ducted and ductless dealer programs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishment in marketing, sales, account management, and/or customer service
Highly customer-focused and oriented with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills
Clear communicator with attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Project management and organization skills with ability to complete projects and tasks on time
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Ability to travel approximately 25%
