Controlling CO Key User SAP S4 HANA

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in the implementation of SAP S4 HANA across multiple locations and subsidiaries.
• Become a subject matter expert in the SAP S4 HANA Module.
• Understand the overall business model of the assigned locations during preparation and kick-off phases.
• Perform fit-to-template analysis and integration tests with local CO key users and IT.
• Identify local needs and collaborate with the Project IMP@CT team and end-users to address them.
• Work with local SAP module key users to ensure process interactions are seamless.
• Interact with subject matter experts and plant controllers to ensure process functionality.
• Train local end-users and provide first-level support for end-user questions and concerns.
• Support plants during hyper-care phase after go-live.
• Identify, document, and socialize lessons learned after each implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience and/or knowledge in accounting / controlling, with exposure to different areas.
• Strong experience in SAP CO (R3 or S4).
• Highly organized, multi-tasker, self-starter, problem-solver, able to work independently, fast learner, process oriented, and effective communicator.
• Able to travel 50% of the time as needed to support the project.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Continental FRM and with FIRE.
• Some experience in SAP FI and high-level understanding of other SAP modules.
• Experience with project planning, at least project participation.
• Operational controlling and/or cost accounting experience.
• Previously implemented S4 projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
