JuiceMedia.AI is an emerging outcome-focused, omni-channel customer acquisition platform headquartered in Los Angeles. The company is composed of media traders, data scientists, engineers, product experts, and growth marketers. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide team support in planning and implementation of client strategy and campaign execution, including paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Support workflow of internal and key client initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment with objectives.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly presentations and communications highlighting key metrics, learnings, and opportunities.
  • Assist in data gathering and analysis of business performance insights across media, creative, audience, and digital channels, including platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Conduct comprehensive research using reporting tools to compile target information, insights, and market dynamics, including digital and social trends.
  • Learn and execute on brand and performance marketing principles and best practices, including foundational digital marketing knowledge.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other agency areas and partners such as Investment, Digital, Creative, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience in internal strategy groups, external marketing or business consultancy, omni-channel ad agencies, or support roles in marketing managing brand and business growth.
  • Familiarity or coursework in digital marketing concepts, paid search, and paid social platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) is a plus.
  • Comfort with quantitative concepts, data analysis, and supporting insights discovery; ability to communicate findings clearly to clients and teams.
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills requiring clarity and conciseness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tactics, and execution effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Extremely strong personal organization and attention to detail.
  • SQL and/or understanding of coding knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience working as an operator in a D2C company is a plus.
  • Comfort with managing large data sets and extracting insights through analysis.

  • Familiarity or coursework in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok.
  • SQL and/or coding knowledge.
  • Experience working in a D2C company.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience of 1-3 years in marketing, strategy, or related fields.

  • Starting pay range of $42,000 to $69,000 per year.
