Key Responsibilities

  • Build compelling brand-right campaign content for radio, DJ reads, OOH billboards, and retail.
  • Write post copy for high complexity projects that meet brief requirements, including quick-turn creative requests.
  • Abide by team processes and protocols, including file naming, folder maintenance, copy deck creation, and handoff, while maintaining tasks and agendas autonomously.
  • Contribute to T | Studios' copywriting resources and tools.
  • Champion human-centered design by adapting and improving copy based on data from user testing and accessibility best practices.
  • Present copywriting components to T | Studios leadership, team builds, business partners, and stakeholders during creative reviews, explaining methodologies and reasoning.
  • Work independently and proactively, transforming conversations or briefs into creative ideas, and collaborating with designers, researchers, and developers when needed.
  • Create content that speaks with people, not at them, aligning with T-Mobile's mission to craft motivational stories around people and purpose.
  • Work well under pressure, deliver on steep timelines, and keep an eye on the larger narrative.
  • Be open to feedback, know when to push back, and move on with passion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of campaign or merchandising copywriting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Formal copy training with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in conducting user research or partnering with a UX researcher.
  • Ability to provide innovative creative ideas while adhering to brand tone and voice.
  • Fluency in protocols for information architecture, interaction design, and user design process.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience in developing comprehensive creative design solutions in collaboration with copywriters and designers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant copywriting experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating formal copy training.
