About the Role

The Copywriter at Real Chemistry uses their writing and research skills to elevate the agency's copy for clients within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. They collaborate closely with Art Directors, Creative, and Account teams to deliver on-brand solutions that align with marketing strategies and meet deadlines. This role supports the company's mission to transform healthcare through innovative ideas, AI, and collaboration, working in a hybrid environment across various US offices or remotely within the US.

Key Responsibilities

Concepting and writing for healthcare/pharma campaigns
Presenting concepts internally and incorporating feedback
Following copy through the agency process on all pieces, reviewing and editing all copy for clarity, accurate grammar, and punctuation
Partnering with Art Directors, Producers, Account team, and Editorial to ensure work is on target and on deadline

Requirements

2+ years of experience, preferably in advertising or related field
Proficiency with word processing programs
Copywriter portfolio, or "spec" portfolio demonstrating strong creative abilities
Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
Knowledge, background and/or interest in science and medicine

Nice to Have

Experience working in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising
Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance
Additional technical skills or certifications related to copywriting or healthcare communications

Educational background in relevant field (implied by experience requirements)
