About the Role

ICF Next is an award-winning agency partnering with energy distributors in large key markets. They focus on authentic and robust communication with customers, stakeholders, legislators, activists, and media around energy efficiency and service. Key Responsibilities

Write copy for a wide range of media, including social, web, print, radio, and video.
Think strategically while developing ideas and concepts for projects and campaigns.
Make deadlines.
Work until the work is good, supporting work/life balance while delivering a remarkable product.
Multitask across multiple projects and teams.
Develop concepts based on audience insight and strategy, and be able to articulate them.
Develop a message platform, understanding the difference between that and 'to market' copy.

Requirements

Experience in using emerging Ai applications both in static and dynamic forms.
Excellent organizational skills, with solid attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills to inspire the account team, junior creative staff, and the client.
4+ years of experience as a copywriter, preferably within an agency environment.
Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, advertising, communications) or equivalent experience in a related field.
A portfolio that shows strong concepting and copywriting skills across a range of pieces, including long-form content.
