Copywriter- Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on style consistency, fact-checking, spelling, sentence structure, and clarity in copywriting tasks.
• Write headlines and subheads for advertising, marketing materials, and social media.
• Examine marketing drafts for mistakes or inconsistencies in spelling, punctuation, and word usage.
• Identify and correct errors that may have occurred between the original design and the final version.
• Work closely with senior graphic designers, art directors, and account executives on the marketing team.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Access and work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Manage digital projects and programs from beginning to end with strong initiative and work ethic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Public Relations.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Experience writing in a corporate healthcare setting is a plus.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a plus.
• Ability to meticulously review written content for errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and polished content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Strong initiative and work ethic.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Workfront.

Qualifications
