About the Role

Uline's two-year Corporate Analyst Rotational Program offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in key business areas such as Product Management, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain, and Business Operations. Participants work alongside experienced professionals to provide key insights, build their network, and develop essential skills to prepare for a long-term career at Uline. The program is based at Uline's corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, and is designed to fast-track career growth within a stable, family-owned company with over 45 years of success.

Key Responsibilities

Support product strategy by identifying new products through trend analysis and communicating with vendors.
Analyze media campaign performance by evaluating promotional plans and execution.
Collaborate on key supply chain projects addressing changing economic dynamics.
Travel to Uline's North American locations to learn regional operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a School of Business.
Finance major preferred.
Senior standing with a 3.5+ GPA.
Strong academic achievement and demonstrated leadership.
Prior internship experience.

Nice to Have

Prior internship experience in related fields.
Experience in product management, digital marketing, or operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Senior standing with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
