Job Description

About the Role

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. The role is a contract position with a top-tier bank in the financial industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to organizational goals and work within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a comprehensive communications plan to educate and engage the Enterprise on changes in the Third Party Risk Management Program, including platform, procedure, and requirements, through the KEI.
  • Plan needs to consider audience, channels, key messaging, and connections to broader changes in Supply Chain Management.
  • Create content templates to enable creation of individual communication pieces in coordination with the working teams, minimizing their burden.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness analyses to prepare communication pieces and adjust the plan as necessary.
  • Write content for communication pieces such as emails, meeting presentations, and website postings.
  • Coordinate messaging and execution of the plan with CAO, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders like KEI SteerCo.
  • Ensure commitments made in communications are delivered as promised.
  • Design and conduct periodic market research on the impact of changes made through the Program and the effectiveness of communications.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing communications or corporate communications.
  • Proficiency working in the banking industry.
  • Experience designing and implementing communication plans.
  • Ability to create content for various communication channels.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting impact and readiness analyses.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Third Party Risk Management programs.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management changes.
  • Experience with KEI or similar platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree.
