About the Role

The Strategic Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services, overseeing brand management, content creation, digital marketing efforts, and eCommerce operations. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing online sales channels, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services, targeting various market segments
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand portfolio
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various channels, including eCommerce and company website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze promotional performance metrics, providing reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for adjustments
  • eCommerce Oversight: Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving online sales growth
  • eCommerce Strategy: Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Product Listings: Oversee the creation and maintenance of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback and reviews on eCommerce platforms, addressing issues and improving the overall online shopping experience
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze eCommerce sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the fast moving consumer goods trade
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and online sales strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
