About the Role

The Vice President, Corporate Content Marketing at Equifax contributes to the company's online and offline presence by providing program strategy and hands-on editorial leadership. This role involves creating corporate marketing content, including website content and social marketing content, and developing a holistic content program aligned with strategic priorities and business transformation outcomes. The position reports to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and requires partnering with marketing leaders to develop long-term content roadmaps and creative messaging campaigns that uphold brand standards and advance the Equifax brand story. The role offers flexibility to work remotely two days a week or from the global headquarters in Midtown, but is not fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an in-house team of content and social marketers, overseeing projects with outsourced vendor support as required.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy and cohesive editorial plan to support awareness of the Equifax Cloud transformation.
  • Develop and deploy enterprise messaging and collateral for use by Business Unit Marketers and sales activation.
  • Manage Global Insight Reports and identify opportunities for new insight reports unique to Equifax.
  • Oversee creation of materials including eBooks, whitepapers, website copy, videos, infographics, social media, etc., and report on operational performance and metrics.
  • Manage the internal Equifax video production team.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on content creation, publication, and optimization.
  • Manage all content plans to meet Equifax Brand requirements.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing on enterprise corporate material optimization.
  • Build trusted relationships with leadership across the organization and with global Marketing and Communications teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate and/or agency marketing, brand, social, content, and/or digital content development and strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to set and execute long-term plans.
  • Strong personal curiosity for technology and ability to make technical content accessible to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate a global corporate environment and manage cross-cultural communications.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed technology or financial services organization, or management experience in an agency focused on technology and/or financial services.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Previous experience in technology, financial services, credit reporting, and/or government policy.
  • Employee social advocacy program experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Wrike, Sprout Social, and/or Google Workspace.
