About the Role

The Senior Designer leads and owns work with limited oversight, contributing to brand development and creative execution within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Be an aesthetic champion and guardian of the client's brand
Formulate concepts with minimal oversight or design direction
Work with interdisciplinary team members and contribute opinions
Understand the difference between creating a campaign versus a long-term ecosystem or brand vision, and execute accordingly
Develop multi-faceted design deliverables, including brand audits, visual identities, retail environments, and CRM
Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously
Deliver inspiring, provocative, and disruptive results in short timeframes based on briefs

Requirements

At least 5 years of design experience in B2B or B2C client work
5+ years of design experience across all media including digital, social, film, longform content, and print
Portfolio or samples demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and compelling visual solutions
Previous experience working within a creative agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) and Figma
Strong design taste and sensibility
Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction
Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with GenAI as part of workflow
Understanding of the design process beyond campaign work
Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology industry clients
Experience in scaled AOR engagements at a design level
Demonstrated award-winning, industry-acclaimed work (e.g., OneShow, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC)

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in design, visual arts, advertising, digital media, or related field
Understanding of current visual trends and aesthetic sensibility
Comfortable presenting and defending work to internal teams and clients
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
Experience in strategic brainstorming, brand development, refreshes, and campaign development
Motion graphics or illustration skills
Strong PowerPoint and client deck creation skills
Participation in new business initiatives
