The role of Creative Operations Lead is integral to supporting the company's brand strategy and creative functions, fostering innovation and operational excellence within a large, multidisciplinary in-house creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own resourcing strategy for a large, high-performing creative team, including forecasting, prioritizing, and allocating talent across multiple workstreams to balance speed, quality, and team wellbeing.
  • Design and optimize creative processes, systems, and tools to enable operational efficiency without stifling creativity.
  • Champion the use of AI in creative workflows, identifying opportunities where AI can accelerate production, enhance insights, or unlock new creative possibilities.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and other functions to align creative resourcing with business priorities.
  • Build relationships across the creative team to match people with opportunities and support ongoing growth and development.
  • Oversee and scale a network of contractors to supplement the in-house team, ensuring access to specialized expertise and seamless integration with ongoing work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading in-house creative operations for a large, multi-disciplinary team (agency experience is a strong plus).
  • Deep expertise in resourcing creative talent, balancing business needs, creative ambition, and team sustainability.
  • Strong background in creative workflows, tools, and systems, including project management platforms and review processes.
  • A strategic, AI-forward thinker who understands how AI can augment and accelerate creative work.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner seamlessly with creative leaders, marketers, and executives.
  • A builder mindset: confident in shaping processes from the ground up and adaptable to evolving business needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with agency or large-scale in-house creative teams.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in creative workflows.

  • Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary creative teams, preferably in-house.
