About the Role

In this role, you will set and execute the creative direction across all brand touchpoints to deliver a unified, impactful, and inspiring brand experience. You will oversee a multidisciplinary creative team, manage the brand's visual and verbal expression across digital, print, experiential, and event channels, and serve as a senior advisor on key initiatives to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of concept-driven campaigns and visual narratives that elevate the brand.
  • Manage a multi-year, multi-brand integration strategy for the organization.
  • Mentor and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and producers to deliver high-impact creative work.
  • Oversee the creative process from concept to completion for marketing and brand initiatives across digital, print, video, social, and environmental design.
  • Serve as brand steward, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and voice across all channels.
  • Refine and evolve brand standards, including visual identity, tone, style, and brand architecture.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, and external partners to conduct brand reviews, audits, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with events and communications teams to design and deliver integrated event branding strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of cohesive visual identities and branded environments for flagship events, conferences, and summits.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Product, HR, Sales) and external agencies to deliver cohesive, enterprise-level creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams required.
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, visual design, and creative direction across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience managing agency partners and external vendors.
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree preferred in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience.
