About the Role

The role of Customer Engagement Analyst involves taking ownership of the Webex Customer Experience customer engagement process and deliverables. The position offers an opportunity to enhance external customer communications, executive communications, and presentation skills, while broadening executive relationships. The role is based in San Jose, CA, with a requirement to come into the office 1-2 days a week, and is part of Cisco's broader mission to innovate and connect organizations through secure, insightful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track Executive Briefing Center (EBC) requests through the CEP tool, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of all engagements.
  • Coordinate and schedule preparation meetings, ensuring briefing documents and materials are completed and distributed in advance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content contributors to develop and refine presentation materials aligned with executive messaging.
  • Partner directly with executive presenters to review and finalize content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and readiness for delivery.
  • Oversee event logistics, including location setup, Webex coordination, and attendee management; submit consolidated EBC activity reports to the CEP team quarterly.

Requirements

  • Local to San Jose, CA and able to come into the office 1-2 days a week.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies in professional and personal settings.
  • Strong communicator with a structured, process-driven approach to executive-level storytelling.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft 365 tools to craft presentations that deliver clear, concise, and compelling messages.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with senior leaders, influencing decision-making through strategic insights.
  • Highly inquisitive mindset with a drive to uncover trends and insights, seeking ways to improve communication impact and organizational effectiveness.
