The role of Director, Patient Experience Marketing - Neuroscience involves shaping patient fulfillment, onboarding, and adherence strategies to support the end-to-end patient experience for Neuroscience therapies. The position requires collaboration across various teams to deliver, measure, and optimize the patient journey, ensuring more patients start and stay on therapy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach, develop and motivate direct report(s).
  • Develop an end-to-end patient engagement strategy that supports patients in starting and staying on prescribed treatments by utilizing research, data, market dynamics, and competitive assessments to inform strategic choices.
  • Advance health equity by uncovering disparities and developing strategies to support better treatment outcomes for underserved populations.
  • Engage patients, caregivers, and providers in co-creating and continuously optimizing solutions.
  • Define KPIs and establish metrics and goals for Px fulfillment, onboarding, and adherence strategy and solutions.
  • Inform and approve requirements for Px solutions, with a focus on seamless and coordinated support across solution types.
  • Lead communications planning and development (targeting, messaging, creative, channels) and training in support of Px programs.
  • Report on and be accountable for Px performance through the build and utilization of dashboards, research, and analytics.
  • Support Px business planning efforts for Neuroscience, ensuring an integrated strategic plan with aligned objectives, execution, and resourcing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of healthcare business experience (e.g., sales, marketing, payer/access experience, operations, supply chain, analytics).
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated marketing or similar experience.
  • Experience in more than one of the following areas: services and/or customer experience marketing, strategy development, working across a matrixed organization, predictive models and machine learning, digital marketing and/or CRM, change management, P&L management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including managing conflict and defusing difficult situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships with diverse customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, coordinate activities, and build partnerships.
  • Resourcefulness in using available resources to resolve customer problems.
  • Ownership and accountability for results, with proactive action planning.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances, operating in complex environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with predictive models and machine learning.
  • Experience with digital marketing and CRM.
  • Experience in services and customer experience marketing.
  • Experience with strategy development, change management, and P&L management.
  • Proven performance in leading a team of direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • MBA or related advanced degree (preferred).
  • 10-12 years of healthcare business experience, including 5 years in marketing or similar roles.

  • Anticipated base pay range: $146,000 - $251,850.
