About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Experience Producer to drive the creation of outstanding digital experiences that consistently deliver measurable ROI. This position demands a keen eye for user-centered design combined with technical mastery of interactive systems. You'll oversee projects from concept to completion, guaranteeing digital installations are both flawless in execution and profoundly impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to craft interactive digital experiences, ensuring a perfect balance of technical feasibility and intuitive, engaging user experiences.
Partner with clients and internal creative teams to pinpoint project goals, prioritizing user experience, brand consistency, and measurable business results.
Champion user-centered design principles throughout the entire project, making sure all deliverables truly resonate with end-users.
Lead hardware and software prototyping to validate experience concepts and identify potential issues early on.
Act as the main point of contact among creative, technical, and project management teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the board.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into high-impact digital experiences.

Requirements

10+ years in digital experience production, interactive systems, or a related field.
Proven ability to balance technical and creative needs to deliver outstanding digital installations.
Deep knowledge of interactive design principles, AV systems, media playout solutions, and user experience (UX) design.
Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Project, and UX software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Skills in design, leadership, hardware, and client engagement.
