The Customer Engagement Manager will lead the marketing strategy and planning, execution, and optimization of Dollar Tree's owned digital marketing channels—including web and app content planning, email marketing, app messaging, SMS, and web push notifications. This role is accountable for driving both online and in-store traffic and revenue by leveraging targeted, promotional, lifecycle, and personalized marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will activate omnichannel campaigns across web and app platforms to acquire, retain, and re-engage customers, supporting digital transactions and third-party marketplaces such as Uber and Instacart.
