Customer Implementation Manager - Georgia or Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct proactive discovery sessions with customers to gain comprehensive insights into their needs and objectives.
• Recommend, create, and implement customer-centric business solutions to enhance satisfaction, increase retention, and identify upselling opportunities, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product management to promote and deliver solutions and translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities, acting as a trusted consultant to customers and relaying key information to the broader commercial leadership team.
• Leverage PMO resources to plan and execute activities aligned with strategic goals, developing business cases for resource investments when necessary.
• Serve as the point of escalation for internal stakeholders requiring inter-departmental coordination to meet customer requirements.
• Utilize in-depth product knowledge to provide technical assistance to customers and help them maximize solution potential.
• Identify and implement upselling opportunities for complex programs to existing customers and prospects.
• Represent Mansfield Energy professionally and ethically to customers, enhancing brand image.
• Provide regular feedback and strategic guidance to executives regarding customer needs and market dynamics.
• Communicate project timelines, expectations, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, publishing status updates to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• University degree or minimum ten (10) years of equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the Energy sector, preferably in Transportation Fuel market.
• Demonstrated understanding of formal implementation and project management methodologies.
• Skills to work with customer and internal project management teams to identify, assess, and document project requirements.
• Must show a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and a firm commitment to project success.
• Ability to translate client needs into well-defined and achievable development tasks.
• Superior people skills, team-oriented, fast learner, personable, and attentive listener.
• Detail-oriented, creative, self-starter.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with energy sector technologies and solutions.
• Experience in transportation fuel markets.
