The role involves supporting various teams within the Customer Experience and Operations functions, focusing on weaving data from multiple sources into compelling insights related to Voice of Customer collected via customer support contacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance CXO data models to generate actionable VoC insights
  • Develop compelling data visualizations and present VoC insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the customer experience
  • Support and collaborate with Senior Analysts on the CXO Insights & Reporting team
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CXO VoC data and a strategic thought partner for business initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or data-related field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Business) or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated success in data storytelling
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Experience preparing and delivering data presentations to senior leadership
  • Experience working with data warehouses and business intelligence tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience modeling data using dbt (data build tool)
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Experience, VoC and Product teams to improve customer journeys
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Asana
  • Fintech or startup experience

Qualifications

  • U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Live within 45 miles of Draper, UT or San Jose, CA office or willing to relocate
  • Candidates must be able to work in-office on Mon, Tues, Thurs at the Draper, UT location
