About the Role

The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will partner with a leading global innovator to shape the customer journey, optimize engagement strategies, and contribute to the success of a cutting-edge subscription platform. The role involves collaborating with diverse teams including engineering, product, operations, data analytics, design, and business to craft innovative, privacy-conscious programs that enhance customer subscription experiences and maximize engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine engagement and retention strategies, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize program performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborative plans to improve key performance metrics, emphasizing experimentation and optimization.
  • Partner with international teams across various time zones, including business, product, engineering, analytics, and design.
  • Establish a continuous improvement process, analyzing results and integrating insights back into program plans.
  • Define customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Create and maintain operational briefs to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, preferably for a consumer subscription business, with a proven track record of achieving growth in user engagement and retention.
  • Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels, including push notifications, email, and in-app messaging tactics.
  • Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and experience developing and optimizing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Bachelor's degree.
