We are looking for an exceptional written communicator with the skill set to turn technical software and training materials into easy-to-consume, customer-facing information for our Customer Marketing - Content Specialist position. As a key hire within our customer marketing team, you'll work directly with the Knowledge Base manager, product, support, and content teams, to create, refresh, and edit knowledge base articles, as well as produce related graphics, such as screen captures and videos. The specialist will be responsible for crafting content that is clear, concise, and that covers topics about a portfolio of point of sale software, tailored to an audience for small, independent retail business owners. The right person will have previous experience in B2B SaaS writing for knowledge bases.
