About the Role

The role of the Global Marketing team is to lead the transformation of the BA marketing function to achieve over 7% year-over-year growth and increase marketing contribution to the business. The team manages messaging, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple regions and industries, focusing on digital automation, messaging, lead to revenue processes, and best practices. The NPI Customer Marketing Lead specifically oversees the launch of new products to generate incremental revenue, ensuring alignment with global rollout models, managing demand generation activities, and driving marketing excellence for Building Automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the launch of new product introductions (NPIs) to enable incremental revenue and future growth.
  • Collaborate with offering teams on multi-region and top priority NPIs, ensuring customer marketing deliverables align with launch frameworks.
  • Work with regional customer marketing teams to develop strategy recommendations, demand generation assets, and enablement for campaign execution to meet NPI AOP goals.
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for process alignment, information sharing, and execution needs with Global Offering Management Excellence.
  • Drive the development of NPI battlecards and videos to enhance sales readiness, and coordinate with the commercial team for training and enablement.
  • Facilitate NPI readiness reviews, especially for top 30 NPIs, ensuring adherence to guidelines and driving corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations for NPI reporting, dashboard tracking, and increasing visibility into marketing contributions to the AOP.
  • Support the cultural transformation of BA marketing into a data-driven, problem-solving organization focused on better business outcomes.
  • Build and refine marketing playbooks to define best practices, improve knowledge retention, and accelerate execution.
  • Maintain expertise on personas, industry trends, market segmentation, and competitive intelligence to ensure marketing practices are current.
  • Manage, coach, evaluate, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Introduce new ideas to enhance brand awareness, digital excellence, revenue generation, and demonstrate marketing value to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and convey ideas effectively.
  • Ability to guide and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.
  • Passion for marketing and staying current with industry trends.
