Key Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
Design, develop, test, document and maintain database queries and data analysis
Translate large quantities of in-depth data and create reports that display the information's overall significance
Develop data reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management
Troubleshoot data integrity issues, analyze data for completeness to meet business needs, and propose documented solution recommendations
Convert complex data from multiple sources into meaningful, professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences as defined by department guidelines
Support reporting and analysis on all business initiative projects
Recommend and implement new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
Troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions for all issues related to reports supported by the department
Perform all other related duties as assigned

Requirements

4+ years of experience in network analysis and reporting
Experience with Tableau
Solid experience working with relational data and SQL programming (SQL Server, Snowflake or similar databases)
Knowledge of and experience using Excel for analyzing data
Ability to develop and manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision

Nice to Have

Experience with ArcGIS, specifically Network Adequacy module
Experience with Alteryx
Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
Experience in delivering predictive and/or prescriptive analytics in an industry setting that yielded real business value
Experience working in health informatics or within the healthcare industry or prior experience with Clinical, Claim, and/or Hospital Billing Data Types
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations
Quantitative mindset and ability to understand complex processes
Ability to own solution delivery with strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines and communicate effectively
