About the Role

The Data Analyst 4 role is based in Beaverton, OR with a hybrid work arrangement. The position involves analyzing transportation data, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting performance analysis, reporting KPIs, and leading large analytical projects to support strategic decision-making within the logistics or transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret transportation data to extract actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance data reporting systems.
Conduct financial and operational performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and provide insightful analysis.
Lead large analytical projects and support strategic discussions with partners.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly in logistics.
Proficiency in SQL (5+ years), Python (4+ years), Tableau (4+ years), and Databricks (2+ years).
Strong skills in data cleaning, transformation, and integration.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Nice to Have

2+ years of experience in Transportation or Supply Chain industry.
1+ year of Airtable experience.
Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies with a track record of successfully delivering projects in iterative and collaborative environments.
Consulting or Finance experience is preferred.
