Data Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets using statistical techniques and data mining methods.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards to track project performance.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
