The Data Analyst role involves working closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to decision-makers. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and reporting redundancies.
Serve as a resource to team members and applicable stakeholders on assignments and projects.
Collaborate interdepartmentally to provide support.
Perform other assignments as directed by supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst.
Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.
Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Strong analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
Technical writing experience in queries, reports, and presentations.
Strong SQL and Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
Demonstrates initiative by proactively identifying what needs to be done.
Flexible and able to handle last-minute changes and requests in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience with additional analytics tools beyond SQL and Excel.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications

Educational background including a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience mining data as a data analyst for three or more years.
